"Our toilet was not flushing when we had arrived. We spoke to someone directly at the front desk, she said she would have someone come look at it right away. We did mention that we were gonna be out of the room majority of the day when we arrived back eight hours later, the toilet was still not flushing. We then proceeded to wait for maintenance to come before any of us could shower and get ready for bed. It was very frustrating and we gave them more than eight hours to resolve the issue."

"This hotel is an absolutely fantastic place to stay if you're visiting Whistler. The rooms are decorated modern and fun. The bed was super comfortable and the amenities were excellent.
