"Our stay at the Adara Hotel was good. The location was excellent. The amenities were great. Our room was nice except it had a smell (room 311). I spoke to the front desk multiple times about it. The hotel was full so there was not much they could do. I asked to speak with a manager and the young lady at the front desk (who had only worked there two days) tried multiple times to contact a manager but they never responded to her. The manager was supposed to be coming in the next morning but never did by the time we checked out. I asked the front desk to have them contact me but they never did."

"Pros: Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Immediately assisted when extra coffee and conditioner was needed. Also came to fix the broken suitcase stand. Cons: washroom door was So loud and squeaky when opening and closing! The curtains were also very squeaky! The suitcase stand was broken and unusable (but was fixed immediately) carpet was old worn down especially at the entrance."
