"Not worth the money? It’s a decent hotel but the cost is not reflected in the service or the room.
The tv is old, only basic cable. No valet parking but cost is 30$/day to park."
"excellent staff, accommodated an early check-in upon arrival hours early. Elevator was out and I'm disabled so it would've been handy to know in advance but now I know to ask or request a ground floor room."
"I upgraded my reservation from traditional room to suite with 1 bedroom. The room was clean and well maintained. The only inconvenience we had during our stay was the power tripping in our unit/room. Every time we used the water kettle, power will shut off in the unit, happened 5x (AM and Evening). Staff told us, we can’t use water kettle and the portable AC at the same time which is very unusual for this 3-star hotel rated wonderful on reviews. Breakfast was exceptional, love the ambience, Vista 18 elevated restaurant located on the 18th floor of the Chateau Hotel.
Overall, the experience was good.

"The location of this hotel is the best! It is a solid 3 star property . The room was very small but had 2 queens so there was little room to move.
Breakfast was good and not so good depending on what you selected. The selection was good."
"Everything was first class. Very elegant, updated room and bathroom. This will sound silly but an EXCELLENT TV compared to every other place we stayed on our 2 week trip; and the converter straightforward to use. The bar was fun - cocktails were served with passion and attitude! Breakfast was good too. "
"this motel is 10 min from downtown, 15 min by bus (bus stops 10 min walk away from motel). It's quiet and quite affordable by Victoria standards. Plus, amazingly, they still offer a decent free breakfast in the mornings!
The staff are friendly and efficient. "
