"We were pleased to have a main floor room and there was never any questions regarding towels, toilet paper, soap or facial tissue - you just had to ask and they gave you what was needed. However they handicapped room needs a lot of work - there are no hand rails anywhere, the shower in particular really needs they. The floor in the shower is also very slippery if you should happen to step off of the rubber mat. I plan on sending a message directly to the hotel regarding this matter. Bev Jaeger"

"The hotel is a bit dated but clean and well maintained. The location was great for our cycling get away. There is a bike repair station in the underground parking, where we locked up our bikes. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"A very lovely stay and our third year in a row visiting this property. We love the location and the hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The only thing I’d say is that the prices have gone up a fair amount. The service is great and the staff are friendly. The food is incredible. Every meal was very good. Room was clean and the check in was fast and efficient. They upgraded us to a king bed which was really nice."
