地點方便，購物也容易 。但因近大馬路，所以聽到車聲。沒有電水煲提供，所以冇熱水飲。 浴缸設計差，企身缸，一出是凍水，天氣凍，都幾慘。

We liked that the property was centrally located near the Keg restaurant, where we had a nice dinner. We didn’t like the room, very small and the bathroom sink and countertop were not clean. The wine glasses in the room were not clean. The hotel has almost no amenities: no restaurant was a big disappointment. The breakfast provided was also weak: unripe bananas and apples and coffee, that’s it. It seemed to us the that the hotel had a cheap, minimalist mentality. No hairnet in the shower, for example. The immediate area around the hotel felt sketchy and not secure. Overall, we had a nice visit to Victoria, but the stay at this hotel was not a part of that. We paid $628.67 for one night, so we’re thinking that is very expensive given our negative experience.

Centrally-located in a very walkable area. Room was clean and windows could be opened for fresh air. TV was very confusing to operate, I needed someone to come by + show me how. Room wasn’t available until 4 pm and there’s no real lobby to wait in (I was invited to wait on a downstairs couch that sits in the laundry room).

Our room was on the first floor so the street noise was very loud all night. The windows had absolutely no insulation / sound proofing so we could hear every person, car, music, and the crosswalk signal constantly beeping. I do not recommend this room if you plan on getting a good nights sleep. We brought up the issue to the front desk and the manager said they would get in touch with us within the next couple days but we haven’t heard from them yet and it’s been 2 weeks. Upon checking out, we even heard the manager telling another party that she doesn’t want to give them our room because it’s a “bad room” and very noisy at night. If you stay in this hotel, definitely make sure you don’t get a first floor room or else there’s no chance of sleeping.

Personnel à l’accueil aimable, chambre spacieuse et proximité des commerces et restaurants étaient un vrai + En revanche la douche était un espace en plastique type hôtel Ibis, qui n’est pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 3 étoiles. Pas de possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner sur place et parking payant qui nous a semblé excessif (25€ par nuit)

Good hotel with excellent location and very nice staff. Room was missing some amenities like hand soap, shower cap, Q-Tips. Parking ($25) was easy with multiple re-entry allowed. No on-site breakfast but some good options close-by (John’s Cafe).

We arrived early afternoon and our room was ready. We had just flew in from Toronto The staff were very helpful with parking suggestions and where to eat. Our room was very clean. We liked that the hotel is within walking distance for shopping and sightseeing.

The building is really nice, the room is nice and the staff are friendly. It was disappointing being told that I’d be receiving “two free beverages” and it being two cans of sparkling juice. Having to pay $25 for off site parking was slightly annoying, granted it’s very secured. The gym is also off site. You have to request an ironing board and iron. It just feels like for the price you pay you’re really not getting a lot.
