「Nice location, 5min.walk to the sky train station. Beautiful neighborhood, with supermarket, cafe and restaurants all in walking distance.
Good breakfast service. The only thing that we experienced was the towels got unpleasant smell perhaps as we learned on the arrival day that it had been raining for the past days. And the room was bit small which was intended for up to 3persons. What we liked most was the sound-proof of the rooms, which is excellent for a beautiful Victoria-style house. 」

"Excellent 9.5/10. First of all, location's great & price is pretty good! Just a 5 min walk coming off Canada Line from YVR airport. Room's clean & convenient with a sink. Shared washrooms on the hallway are actually independent ones with doors & locks like the ones in your house. If occupied, one may simple go use the ones on other floors. The cleaning lady & the staff at the counter were extremely friendly & the streets were safe too. IGA, a supermarket chain, is just a 3 min walk away. There are also McDonalds, Popeyes, pizzeria, gelateria & various restaurants nearby. Another train station, Stadium-Chinatown is also nearby if one wishes to go East. Overall, it's a nice place to stay."

"We have prepaid. The reception staff Mike turned us away telling us the master card without chip can not be acceptable. Even we are willing to pay cash, he still refused us checking in. When we asked for official document, he said unavailable. It made us paying double price to find another hotel at 0200 after 12 hours flying. We were very tired, disaappointed, frustrated. Very bad experience when traveling in Vancouver. Very bad!"
