I liked the staff, they were pretty nice. We've been to rundown/older hotels before and usually with that amount, it is worth every penny, so we were excited to see the room; however, the moment we opened it, it smelled bad. We had to open the door and turn on the ventilation to at least get some of the odor out. When we went down to get some soap because the bar soap in the room have been used for cleaning butt, we were told that they don't provide one as they have shampooconditionerbodywash in our washroom and since there is only one bottle, we thought it was that. There was a sign that said "we got you covered" but when we asked for shaving tools, they don't have any. We were told we can use/drink anything in the great room but the chocolate and coffee is very watered down and not even enough to change the color to a very light shade of brown.
