"Staff was good, room was clean, breakfast was ok too. Airport shuttle servixe is great and has a great pace (every 30 min) but at the airport when it gets busy, make sure you walk to the bus if you want to hop in howere if its too busy (not much parking because too many bjses) he may justndrive by and keep going so you'll have to wait for next turn. Get to the curb and waive! "

"The only thing what will happen. If this website is charging me in us$ again I will never use you again. YES YOU ADVERTISED IN DOLLARS BUT BUT AFTER RESERVATION CONFIRMATION. I FOUND OUT THAT THE CHARGE WAS IN US $ WILE THE HOTEL I BOOKED IS IN BC CANADA. I THINK IT IS WORTH FOR ME TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER VIA LAWSUIT. WE CALL THAT MISLEADING AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!"

"No air conditioning for the building just portable ones. I room was 27 degrees when we got in. Stifling. Changed rooms and it was just the same. The makeshift air conditioner was a cut out in the sliding door which meant the door couldn’t open of close and all it would take was someone to push it through and come in. Plus wide open for bugs to come in. Apparently we are not the first to complain as to the lack of air conditioning but appears the owners done care to invest in proper air conditioning for the hotel. Yet they charge enough. Bathroom was stained and not well kept. Disappointing overall but the pool area was decent and the kids had fun"

"The staff at this property particularly the cleaners and laundry staff were remarkable. The front desk staff were equally great. Our room was great , quiet and looked after daily."

"Bathroom was extra large with a huge bathtub and excellent lighting! The bedroom could have better blackout curtains. Was very quiet, which we really appreciated. Thank you."
