I felt like I was just a number and they just wanted me to pass through. We asked for extra pillows after we returned from dinner, and the lady at the front desk gave us a facial reaction like we were crazy, and then she said they had no pillows. "Excellent location within walking distance to everything you need to see downtown as a tourist - the tower, the Core, the library, the Peace Bridge, etc. Very responsive staff - we had a cold night, they provided a heater and blankets, also printed our car voucher at no extra charge. We loved the restaurant, the terrace and the pool view!"
