「The property appears to be under new management, and we had a great experience during our stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and greeted my family right away. 「This was a 5-star stay except for the checkout. I got to my room at 11:01 to collect my suitcase and had been locked out. When I told the desk clerk that I didn’t think it was right to lock people out, she refused to apologize and said “checkout is at 11.” She then gave me a one-time use key that didn’t work. Luckily the room cleaner recognized me and let me in. My room was at the opposite end of the resort so all this was pretty inconvenient. 」

「Overall this was a "clean" hotel with perfect location to the airport. (When i say clean i mean NO BUGS) The walls to the outside are pretty sound proof for noise as far as airplanes. We really didnt hear them, though the weather was bad and a lot of flights were canceled so not sure how many were flying in and out. Would stay again. There was family of the staff or owners and they had a reception of sorts and they were all over. Kids were in the fitness room so couldn't use that as well...

「Scent sensitive people, beware. They use scented detergent on their linens, if you're sensitive to that kind of stuff. The staff was great at fixing my issues, but I took a refund and left after one night. When I arrived, the common area and the room was over 80 degrees. It took hours and several phone calls to work through the issue. I was moved to another room but the heat issue persisted. It wasn't until 3 am that the room finally got to 70 degrees. 「I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. 」

「Very clean hotel, staff was very nice and accommodating. Store has items you would need if you can’t get to the store. The only down side is that there is no hot tub and the pool is pretty small. Luckily my kids were the only ones swimming during our stay so it went smooth. Over all I would recommend and I would definitely return.」
