"Buyer beware. While the location is excellent, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The atmosphere felt chaotic and poorly managed, with a rowdy clientele that made the property feel more like a budget motel than a high-end resort. This is not a family-friendly environment—I did not feel comfortable using the pool, and noise was a constant issue throughout the stay. The mattress offered no real support, as every spring could be felt. I had to contact staff multiple times due to disturbances, including a continuously barking dog and loud neighbors, one of whom made aggressive verbal threats. For a property at this price point, the experience was unacceptable."

"Antonio, the front desk clerk, was amazingly nice. He made the check-in process smooth and brisk, like 2 minutes brick. He was very pleasant and informative. The location, as a Molecular Biologist whom works at several labs in the Medical Center, was perfectly placed. As a Houstonian, you are in Uber or Lyft distance for EVERYTHING like, Midtown, the Museum District, NRG, Houston Zoo. The hotel was clean and beautiful. The roof top pool and bar were so amazing. The shuttle to NRG for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo was a major thumbs up. My husband and I were grateful as we were able to drink with ease and not have to drive back to the hotel. The shuttle pickup and drop-off were perfect. I could not ask for a more better experience. The beds were a bit soft and the dresser has some knicks on it, but 10/10 I would recommend. "

"The rooms are small. The chair in the room is kids size. Horrible lighting in bathroom. The shower heads are different in depending on the room. No microwave in your room. "

"The first two times we stayed here the rooms were so nice. Evidently some rooms have not been updated. Unfortunately, we stayed in one of those our third stay. Bed was very uncomfortable and bathroom very outdated. I will not stay again in one of these rooms. This is sad for such a nice hotel. "

"Location of this hotel is good. It is downtown and close proximity to Daikon Park and Toyota Center. The valet drop off pick up area is very confusing super busy at a very busy intersection that would be my chief complaint and of course, like most downtown towns of major cities, homeless people and people under the influence of certain substances make you feel a bit uneasy of going out once it gets dark not very amenities. You have free coffee, free water, which is great. They also offer toothbrushes and shoe covers razors, etc. at no additional cost."

"Although I had booked a Standard Room, 1 queen bed, I was placed in a petite queen. I must congratulate Hotel Zsa Zsa in providing me with the smallest hotel room that I have ever occupied. That includes many hotel rooms in Italy which has notoriously small rooms. If you have the slightest problem with claustrophobia, go elsewhere."
