"This place was a total surprise. I thought it would be a multi floor maze of standard hotel rooms. But this is a small hotel right on the Charles River in Waltham. The room was quiet with a view of trees and river. The kitchen was very thoughtfully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and small appliances. The manager was very personable and accommodating when we needed extra pillows. It was simple and comfortable. And Waltham has a great variety of restaurants and specialty grocery stores. ...
