Amenities were lovely, beach was very nice with cabanas and nice bean bag lounge chairs. Breakfast had lots of options. Location was convenient and close to many decent food options. Rooms were spacious and the entire facility was clean. The gym was also decent. It’s a very big property and breakfast was very busy every morning- so be prepared to be patient as people will cut in front of you and almost take serving utensils out of your hand to load their plates! Other than that- the property itself was very nice!

Hotel was excellent and very clean. Customer service was top notch. "Sang" is the best. He went above and beyond to help us with an issue with our booking when i made a mistake. He and his supervisor worked extra hard to provide great service. Food was great. Top hotel. Cant wait to go back

Beautiful view of the pool and beach from balcony. While not in the heart of Phu Quoc, it was nice to be a short distance away in the quiet and was a cheap taxi to anywhere. Still had easy access to shops, atms, night markets. The hotel and surrounds were very clean and well-landscaped. Staff were very friendly. I had the half-board option and it was a three course meal either lunch or dinner. Food was delicious. Pool bar was great and foam party and entertainment for kids was great. Rooms were well-equipped and house cleaning was wonderful. Definitely recommend Best Western Sonasea.

The hotel is good, no hot water. Staff at the Sonasea Beach Bar is extremely unprofessional, too many people behind the bar talking amongst themselves rather than waiting on the customers (both times I came here). One particular woman manager (daytime) creates a toxic environment for others. Several employees sneezing into their hands then continue to make cocktails and handling food. Overall, I would not come back because of this service.

we stayed 3 nights with Family of 2 small Kids. Excellent stay. Room was big enough & clean. very big swimming pool with private beach. nice roof top Bar . There is night Market just opposite of the Hotel. opened till 2am. plenty of Local foods / shopping options

Fantastic hotel in the perfect location with a market bustling with restaurants and shops right across the street. The beach at the hotel had super calm water, great for relaxing. Pool was wonderful too, warm water and a lazy river where you can enter in at many spots. Highly recommend.

Excellent!

Hotel did not disappoint. Very good location as in between places we wanted to visit. Shops, eateries and market just over road. Helpful staff who helped when our flight out was cancelled. All in all a good hotel to stay at.

This hotel is very nice to look at, very clean...but very dull. Its clinical in its presentation and it doesnt have much of the vietnamese culture included. In other words this hotel could be put anywhere in the world and it will fit in enough. Its also quite a distance from anywhere with character. Luckily taxis are so cheap in this country. The staff, i found to be okay but you will find much better hospitality elsewhere in vietnam. The island is definitely worth visiting and was the highlight of my trip.

Night market right across where you have plenty of food choices....lots of seafood and rolled ice cream! Very helpful in helping us rent a motor bike to tour the island. Easy access to beach. We even did a candle making workshop. Great mini vacation for us!

Great stay here compared to Landmark Saigon.

Well a lot better here than Landmark Apartments in Ho Chi Minh City. This team understands service can clean bed sheets and a clean bathroom with no mould.
