「Booked the Accommodation a few weeks ago in Liverpool, rang them a week or so ago, eventually got someone, I asked how do we access the property, we will contact you around 24 hours before you arrive, nothing, then 2 hours before going to the property, a text message we have overbooked you now have to go to a property in Wallasey which is miles away over the Mersey. We have seen recent reviews of the Liverpool property it sounded scary, we weren't going to travel miles and extra trabel cost to...

「Unfortunately another resident was up all night shouting and banging. We finally managed to sleep around 4am. From the advertisement we thought it was the entire apartment but it was a very small room. 」

「Staff very courteous. Very comfortable and warm room. In excellent location and within walking distance from all local attractions. No bread knife. Sink in bathroom was too small and shelf above it made it impossible to brush teeth in bathroom. Had to do this in kitchen. Scum clearly visible in sink taps and on shower head and hose. Despite this it was a fair price and we would consider staying again. 」
