"We had a lovely time but it was a trip of two halves. The first night, we arrived back from dinner to an awful smell of cannabis on the 10th floor. This then lingered into our room and we had to endure the unpleasant smell for the night. We Informed reception who sent security to investigate. The second night was much more promising and what you would expect. Our room was brilliant, the pool and spa facilities were very enjoyable and we certainly made the most of it. It was a big shame the first night was ruined by someone smoking cannabis, especially where we had paid almost £150 per night! Otherwise lovely and we would return. "

"We love CitizenM for its consistency, soundproofing and big comfy beds. Unfortunately some of the surfaces in our room were a little worn and tired, compared to the usual excellent standard. The base of the sink tap could also do with some deep cleaning as it appears it hasn’t been properly for a while. Hasn’t put me off returning, just wasn’t up to the usual standard we love about the chain."

"Great location close to shops, bars and resteraunts. Only a short walk from Waterloo station. Staff were amazing throughout our stay and were happy to provide recommendations when asked. On site resteraunt was great and offered a wide variety of drinks and food options."
