I had a free upgrade to the nicest room In the hotel, it had a large balcony and a hot tub. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel. Staff were very helpful.

Staff amongst the friendliest you’ll find anywhere in London. Nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel very welcome. Special shout out for Vasile. Hotel’s in a great location for neighbourhood shops and restaurants. Rooms are a little tired and could do with updating but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Bermondsey is a very vibrant street. Great restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff was very accommodating to let us use the breakfast room tables to play games. The rooms were clean and if you needed anything the staff got it for you. I highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
