「Ran out of Kleenex day one - had to go to desk and request some toilet paper day two . Thank goodness, they did put some dry towels in unit on our day two, but couldn’t be bothered to take out used, wet towels. Room floor needed sweeping upon arrival. At the high price, expected better!!」

「54 minute late check in with NO ACCOMMODATIONS & Fire Alarms going off 3 different times in the middle of the night while all the guest wait outside in the rain for the “false alarms” they couldn’t get control of. Huge Water Bugs in the 1st floor room. Worst place I stayed on any vacation so far, wouldn’t recommend for free. Nice pools tho I guess.」
