From the strat the customer service was phenomenal. Avery met me at the door and explained everything to me , its around the holidays so of course everyone is flustered and so was i . Expedia did not listed anything about the stay but she did and i was so thankful for that .. we was on ythe frist floor which gave us strps away from the courtyard that had a firepit and grills . The room was clean and had everything you needed with a full stove and fridge

This was our first time staying here & honestly we loved the room, it’s like a mini apartment. But we saw 2 critters & the tv in the living room area didn’t work. Other than that we enjoyed it! We would come back for sure!

Front desk ladies were very nice and helpful. Anytime we needed something they responded quick. Checking in and out was easy. When the office was unavailable, I called the number and they picked up the phone quick and checked me out within minutes, as soon as I hanged up the phone I received email confirmation. The room was clean and overall nice. Love the separation of the rooms, 2 tvs and you can sign into your app accounts. Easy parking and safe area overall.

I like how nice and clean the apartment was the property was nice and clean.Only thing had me terrified is that cats & dogs are allowed on the property lol so i was spying out the doors and elevator before i exit or enter.
