"No fridge in room. Not clear if bottled water is free -same for chocolate. Partially sighted and no info on how to set the air con/ heater. Small room but huge and comfy bed. Good shower. If breakfast is booked at check in it's £15. So a good price for a great breakfast. Note if you don't book on arrival it is £20 to just turn up and you pay before you eat. Desk staff pleasant but only 3 on check im and check out. Its a big and busy hotel."

"Suite is in pristine condition. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Concierge desk staff Tyler & Darren saved my weekend when I had issues with upcoming travel connection. Thank You!! This was my second stay at Londoner, I know from experience that room service will deliver an excellent meal so no need for smart attire to enjoy highest quality meal before or after a long day of travel. With many years experience traveling to London, Londoner is my favorite, go-to, home away from home "

"Bombarded with WhatsApp messages to complete a pre-check in form, including credit card for incidental expenses and photo ID, yet when arrived none of this seemed to be on the system and the pre-approved card was of a type not accepted. Attempt to up-sell you early check in etc at every opportunity. Check-in strictly restricted until 3pm, but you can only leave luggage at the hotel if arriving earlier if you’re prepared to pay a charge of £10/item - same with leaving after check out. Room was in a grimy, yet-to-be refurbished part of the building. Hairs in bathroom. No iron in room. "
