"Staff were helpful, rooms had air con, noise from underground didnt bother us at all. It just sounded like the rumblings of distant thunder. Basic rooms, but for us this was the cheapest hotel in the area so you get what you pay for. Our bed was huge, room clean and beds comfortable. Would stay here again. My only complaint is that you have to pay £15 for them to store bags prior to check-in. Which ive never experienced before."
