「The staff was truly incredible. The lady at the front desk was more than accommodating and so friendly! And she remembered us any time we walked by. The breakfast was really fresh and delicious. We had one of the newly renovated rooms and it was very nice. I love staying at Hampton Inn any town I visit. The only issue we had was when we got back to the hotel after the event we were staying for, there was no parking at all in our parking lot or the one next door. 」

「Perfect location, right off the highway. Breakfast was hot and ready daily. Clean rooms and clean hotel. Free parking. Staff super attentive and friendly.」

「Mattresses were hard. Next to the freeway so you can hear everything. No hairdryer. But it was spacious, clean, easy to get to, great water pressure, and liked that they had a microwave and the fridge was extra cold!」

「Rooms were disgusting, not clean. Questionable substance on the comforter called manager and they took the sheets off the bed to go and wash them instead of just giving us a whole clean new set. The door to the room also looked like it had been kicked in and broke it off the hinges and then someone tried to fix it. 」

「Out dated room. It was a non smoking room that still smelled like a smoking room. But the price was cheap. 」

「The hotel and furniture looks outdated. It is in need of a severe upgrade. The cleanliness of our room was questionable and the carpet looked dingy. Our toilet had to be repaired. The elevator was out of commission for several hours. My husband is a heart patient. As a result of the elevator being repaired he was forced to walk up several flights of stairs to our room. I was also charged two different rates for our hotel stay. 」
