Twice we had to hire a uber to take us 6 blocks to airport and pay 30.00 fee as they had no driver for the courtisy van is a great idea for a few days ago and I will be able Wr will never stay at a Hampton Inn again

Room was not clean. It was “wiped down” after last guest at best. Bed sheets felt dirty to the touch. Needed a place to sleep so I dealt with it. Ended up sleeping in a chair wearing my clothes. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. Older woman working the front desk was A though! So friendly and courteous.

Walls had broken Sheetrock, refrigerator sitting a a broken table, side tables full of dust, found two used q tips in bathroom. Comforter stained, room smelled musty.

Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was good. The only negative was that an employee was fired down in the lobby and was yelling loudly and swearing. The front desk dealt with it swiftly and called the police.

Our check in experience was awful! There was no one available to check us in. There was literally no one on the property who could check us in. Then they charged us multiple times for the room and refused to refund us. The hotel was clean enough. The morning staff was very nice. Breakfast was good.

The staff was nice. The lady who was responsible for the breakfast area was very nice and kept the area clean and well stocked. What shocked us was the stained and dirty comforters on the beds, the black dirt or mold that blew out of the HVAC unit and covered the units louvers, the damaged lamp shades. The halls were lit with bright white LED bulbs - no shades. The cushions on the chairs in the breakfast room were torn and peeling, and finish was wearing off. The Outdoor Hampton Inn Sign was broken in half. Pool water was green. It was as if Ownership had no pride in this property. So very sad. I wish I could have gotten my money back. But I felt sorry for the people who worked there who probably needed a job. I called Hilton Customer Affairs and they were useless. Nobody cares about anything these days.

This hotel is not consistent with the Hampton brand ! I have never left a review like this but this hotel was unkempt ! Tipped over trash can , dog food pellets on the carpet , filthy tub bottom, stiff towels . We went to get coffee and it was so dirty on the counter we decided against it . We didn’t even try the breakfast due to the conditions in the room, the lobby and the exterior ! It smelled musty as well . We had booked a non-refundable rate so we stayed but we were up and out the door by 7:40am . Also, many unsavory-looking people in the parking lot and wandering around hotel grounds. Extremely unhappy with our stay.

We stayed for 2 nights for my daughter's cheer competition. Breakfast is good and the rooms smelled okay and were clean. After driving 6 hours and getting in around midnight we were worried as the area seems a bit sketchy but when we pulled up to the hotel we were relieved that it looked nice. Upon arrival we were given a single room when I had paid for a double room. The gentleman up front did rectify it and he was well mannered about it. I'm weird and always check for bed bugs and stains when I get to a hotel and they were clean and had no bugs. All around we enjoyed our stay.

Smelled like sewer water carpet was grimy and the service was bad also I reserved a room for four people and I didn’t get the pull out couch bed then there was some sort of noise that wouldn’t stop all night then for breakfast the last serving was very rude and it was already after 6 am Hilton has really gone down the drain so to speak
