「Breakfast was ok. Doesn’t compare to other places we have stayed」

「A little bit old air conditioner.」

「The room overall was clean. We called down for an extra blanket and told they were out but said they would bring a top sheet up. After 30mins I called again and was told they would bring one right away. It never came. We also rented a scooter for my dad and when it came it was drivable, but it looked like someone had thrown up all over the back of it and the part that steers was broken and would flop down if it was moved. The staff was very nice and the food was ok.」

「Everything was exceptional. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room spacious, clean, quiet. Internet good. Breakfast hot, good selections, and staff at breakfast exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everyone we encountered from check in to check out and even the person working around the hotel that we passed in the hallway went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.」

「Everything was okay except our blow dryer didn’t work and what sense does it make to open the pool at 10am if checkout if it 11am. That is totally ridiculous and unfair. You should consider all sides and possibly move the swim time up to 8am or 9am.」

「Staff was friendly, rooms were fine(not amazing but not bad). I did have a guy who was painting the elevators catch and attitude when my young child touched the elevator wall, not knowing it was wet (no sign or equiptment was present) but wasn't anything major. Im also not sure if he was staff or a contractor, so I wont judge them off that. Otherwise, parking lot was a bit trashed. Litter all over. Hallways had an odd smell, but not so much the room. 「Definitely not as clean as it looks online. Multiple things are in need of repair - elevator, hallway air conditioning, lights not working in the room, lights were full of dead bugs. Asked for more towels and we had to go get them ourselves. Air conditioner leaking into the floor onto the carpet. Door would not latch properly and could not use dead bolt to lock the door. Bathroom door did not shut properly.」

「Everything was great! I was exhausted from traveling with 3 boys alone. We made it into our room & were able to immediately relax. Our room smelled great, everything we needed was available, & our room was a comfortable temperature. I felt safe with my three boys & was able to truly rest! We will definitely stay again!」
