「The staff was excellent. The room was the pits. There was no closet in the room. The mattresses were totally broken down one chair and it was broken. The alarm kept going off, but no instructions on how to turn the alarm off so we unplugged it when we checked out, we expressed how unhappy we were and she offered to return our money if she could, but she said it had to go through you so I’m somewhat hopeful. I will be hearing from you about a refund. Thank you.」

「Only reason I did 4 stars was because we kept having issues with the tv and the dryer wasn’t working. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.」

「The room was decently clean, there was no coffee or coffee maker. There was no shampoo in the shower. The most inconvenient thing is that we weren't informed that the only elevator they had wasn't working 」

「If you're just passing through and looking for a place to lay your head, this spot is great, but if you're exploring the area, this is not the place. The staff was nice, room was nice too. The area is kind of sketchy. 」

「Great staff. Great location if ur heading to see fam or do business in Bossier. It’s my hometown, this is where I stay, can’t say enough good things about the staff, consistent delivery.」

「Room 126 was clean and the bed was comfortable. The walkin shower was tricky but only because it was my first time. The shower rail fell due to one of the holders having a gap. I was able to get it back on but hopefully it gets fixed soon. Tge staff were very polite and the breakfast was solid!」

「The first room we were in, the air did not work. Moved us to a different room no problem. Next morning we only got to take 1 shower, there was 3 of us, the shower was a walk in shower ansmd it flooded the bathroom and out to the front door. We had a mess to clean up because the shower did not drain well. We were on our way to a memorial service and 2 of us did not get to shower. The property has refunded our money. The beds were comfy and everything else was great for us.」

「The hotel was under construction with dust and fumes. There was no main lobby or breakfast hall. They had moved to a small conference room near the construction. The breakfast offered was very small but near the construction zone with sounds of drills and fumes all around. 」

「Price is good and the staff is great. The hotel need upgrade refrigerator doesn't work in most room air conditioning doesn't work in most rooms elevator shakes real bad. If everyone trying to take a shower you have no water pressure.」
