「This was NOT a good stay! The website was down to check in. The lady at the front desk was rude and left me on hold for someone else to assist me. The keys did not work to get in the building. Each time I left out the room to go outside the building, I had to walk around the building. The keys did not work for the entire weekend!!!! 「We have stayed at this property many times over the last several years, this was not the best experience we have had. While the front staff was friendly and kind, there were several issues. First we woke up with no hot water and needed to be moved. The new room we were moved too was poorly renovated. There was paint on the floor in the bathroom, the kitchen table was wobbly, the bedroom doors could not be shut all the way or you would get stuck in them as they were so tight, the TV in the second...

Our room smelled great, everything we needed was available, & our room was a comfortable temperature. I felt safe with my three boys & was able to truly rest! We will definitely stay again!」

「Clean enough to pass muster. Elevator was malfunctioning for 2nd and 3rd floors, so a lot of stairs were taken, given we were 3rd floor. Traveling with support dog-- never an issue before for ESA animal, but was not allowed free this time. They stated they are following ADA guidelines. So, working dogs allowed, but not ESA dog. Disappointed.」

「The room was super humid despite setting the AC on 68, very uncomfortable. The TV worked poorly though staff put in a good effort to try to make it work properly. Staff was a consistent positive but the humid room was grim. I've encountered this in other hotel/motels as well. WTH? Location was nothing special, but was surprisingly quiet given close proximity to a major highway. Breakfast was typical of this type of lodging...reasonably good. Good coffee! Cheerful staff!」

「When I checked in no television and shower didn't work, man at office said he would handle it, lied to me for 3 days, I went and asked for my refund and he put me out and kept my deposit and was rude, called office to complain and he is the complaint line」

「We were locked out of our room for over 2 hours when we got back at 2am. Had to call BPD to find someone on the property to unlock our room. It’s an apartment complex NOT a hotel which was really weird. Other than it not being 24 hrs and having properly working doors it was worth the $98. But won’t be booking again 😵‍💫」
