First room there was no door knob on bathroom and bedding was severely stained. Moved rooms and next wasn’t as bad. Hotel wasn’t cleaned and maintained up to standards of this chain in my opinion.

Great staff, easy and fast check-in- they do require a $50 deposit once you arrive… first time I stayed here I wasn’t asked to pay the $50 until my second time. Our room had a weird smell upon arrival. It was a little humid during the day but freezing at night. Although, our bathroom floor board would creak loudly but no big deal. Great place to stay for the weekend, everything is near by with no traffic which is a plus, coming from Texas.

Absolutely loved staying here. Would love to rate it a 5 stars but the pool areas is why I’m only doing 4 stars. The pool itself was okay. Needs a little TLC and there were dirty towels everywhere from other people just leaving them.

The staff was excellent. The room was clean. The property was a bit dated and in need of upgrades and paint, but no big deal. The down side was that the fridge in the room did not work, not a huge deal but we do like to travel with food and it is nice to have a working fridge. The worst part was that there was some cleaner or disinfectant that was very, very strong and too flowery smelling. It gave us headaches.

The room smelled of mildew, the shower floor was dirty. I asked about the pool before I ever even checked in and Veronica at the desk had to make a phone call to see if it was operational. She was told that it was in fact operational so I allowed her to complete my check in. The pool was a disgusting green with a five gallon bucket floating in it along with other trash! It was so nasty no one got in it!!! The health department needs to shut them down! In addition to that, twice at breakfast I had to wait to make a waffle while an employee made themself one.
