「A little bit old air conditioner.」

「Problem with the air system. Got right on it and resolved quickly.」

「We were just traveling through Mississippi and decided to stay over for the night. This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The room was clean. The staff friendly. When traveling with pets, so often you are stuck in the old, dingy rooms, but not so with this hotel. We loved our stay and will definitely consider staying again should we ever be in the area!」

「This is my home away from home when I'm in Shreveport. Excellent staff and very clean environment. The only thing I can say that would be awesome is if the hotel could be pet friendly. I have had small fur babies, they both have crossed the rainbow bridge. I know at some point I will get me another small dog. I just hope that when I do get one that the hotel will have changed the rules about pets. Once I get me a new little dog I guess I won't be staying at the Courtyard. If my dog can't come...

「Need more 2 room suites with ADA. Excellent room for families, especially with children and teens. Many amenities. Free excellent breakfast.」

「My wife never complains, and she said the first room they were in was moldy, the second room was better, but still had a smell. Two of our grandkids got scratched by an exposed nail at the pool. The juice machine did not work at breakfast, and other issues with breakfast. Her request was that this motel never be booked again.」

「The property is in a terrible area. At a surface level, the hotel is ok. But you see lots of things that need repaired.」

「Really nice hotel! Clean, multiple options for breakfast. I wish they had tea and not just coffee but otherwise, great!」

「The place hasn't been renovated in a long time; there's rust in the bathroom, and the refrigerator and microwave are old. Plus, there's a strong smell of smoke throughout the hotel.」

「Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. No shower curtain, no towels, reused sheets from previous person, roaches, smoked blunt on the window seal, cigarette burns in the sheets. Slept on top of the sheets since we thought we’d get bed bugs from the bed. The old adage of “you get what you pay for” has never been more true, spend a few more bucks so you don’t have to sleep in this absolute dump.」

「The carpet was old rooms didn’t smell real good but no toilet paper is in the bathroom. It’s a lady up front. Sheila almost look like she was doing everything herself. she was working on 6/2/26 and was very pleasant and helpful she should probably be working days and running that place」

「No one to help has. Couldn’t get in. 4 phone calls no help. Turned around and left.」
