「Pleasant surprise: clean, comfortable, convenient, quiet, and with kind staff. As others note, the design of the shower cabin is not the best, and water does spray throughout the bathroom. Towels also fall too easily from the hooks. And the non-smoking policy might need additional enforcement. 」

「I am going to celebrate my husband's wedding. The hotel is cosy and unique, it has a nice restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast during our stay, and a small library bar where you can chill with friends. The room is spacious and warm, we love this hotel.」

We were given a smaller room than we had asked for (images do not match the actual state of the room), and the air conditioner is broken; we were provided with fans but we do not have proper ventilation in our room, causing the room to be very hot and stuffy, and after taking a shower the room becomes very damp. Television does not work, and the fans aren't very good. There are also insect stains on the bedding. Service is misleading, we were told that our check...

「Great location very close to the train station , about a 5 minutes walk. O2 City Hall about 15 minutes walk. Hotel was great, spotless well decorated roomsl and lovely bathroom. Reception staff friendly and helpful. 」
