"I like that it is very quiet and convenient place.
I didn't like that the breakfast starts late. Considering that many people stay because of business trips or work it would be very helpful if the breakfast starts at least 15 minutes before, about 6:00 am or 6:15. Otherwise there is not much meaning in doing the reservation with breakfast (which is one of the reasons many people choose your hotel)."

"I stayed here because my return flight was from Haneda. My last city was Shibuya and I decided to moved to Shinagawa because it was closer to Haneda and my flight was really early. I didn't want to take the chance that I would overslept. The experience was pretty good. Hotel was clean and pretty spacious. I got also free shuttle to the airport and they were on time. I had no complaint for this hotel so far."
