「The AC didn’t work and when I told them, they said they would send maintenance up. Later on that afternoon, I come back to the hotel and the room is still 80°. I let them know again that the room is hot and asked if maintenance came up. They said they would send maintenance again. They proceed to tell me that they put new coolant and that it takes time to run through the system. Never offered to change rooms or to give me a fan. Nothing. 「Our stay at Cypress Moon Inn was idyllic! The home is close to amenities. Cocooned on a large waterfront lot in a haven of trees, you feel miles away from the bustle. 「The overall establishment is clean our room was ok, the environmental services staff needs to check behind an under stationary furniture, unfortunately we found moldy raisins and crumbs behind a small chest of drawers and candy wrappers under the bed and the tub floor was gray.」
