「The room was old and dingy had a moldy smell when we walked in housekeeping in that room for check-in was OK and the living spaces but I found someone’s used washcloth under the bathroom sink. also, the outside door stuck you had to use Force to open it, and the screen door kept popping off the balcony area is not taken care of at all in the room. 「The staff were friendly, efficient and responded quickly to any issues. The pool was amazing, very clean as was the hot tub. My complaint is with the entry/exit doors on the North building. Between the wind and occupants not closing the doors gently, all you heard up until midnight was the slamming of those doors. It was very loud and kept us up most of the night.
