"Disgusting floors not cleaned at all and very sticky, the bed had stains all over it not pleasing, and the shower barely even works. It smells bad in the hotel as well. Short curly black hairs literally inside the towels like bundled up in it. Mold alllll over the ceiling and shower liner. We knew we were coming into a cheap place but this is not what the pictures shows at all. "

"The pool was amazing and heated! The bar was great all the amenities are great. We loved our time here and were planning our trip back before we ever left! "

"Room had huge roaches. Went straight to the front desk and showed them pictures and they didnt act surprised. Obviously, seeing other reviews now this is a know problem. Staff expected me to be ok with switching rooms and when I declined they refused to give me back my money for the entire even though I left immediately. Leigh Anna Walker the manager acts like the money is coming back from her pockets. I know dang well that no one in their right mind with be ok with sharing their room with roaches. The room was gross also. Would give this place -1000 if I could. "

"I asked the dront desk 3 times to please come in and change the liners, they were stained but didnt come in until i personally went talk to the front desk person. We asked for pool towels and had us waiting for like 30 minutes, supposedly there was some in the spot but until they sent someone and verified that there was none, then they brought some outhere. Very disappointed because of the price we paid and the highly reviews it has online. Contact me back"

"My kids loved it the best stay we had ever so far so convenient you actually don’t need to leave the hotel area you have the beach across the street and the pier park behind it with all the restaurants and activities for all ages "
