「Room was great. Staff were able to correct a minor problem with a faulty tv right away. Overall, facility and surrounding area were exceptional.」

「Housekeeping barely came around and when they did it was at 7am when were all sleeping. Had to go down to the front desk anytime we needed towels and toilet paper. Their card readers didn’t work at all so they had to type in peoples card numbers each time. Not safe! Couldn’t buy anything from downstairs after 10pm, parking sucked drain was clogged so bad in the bathroom water wouldn’t go down. Pillows were nasty and outdated. Go buy $4 pillows at Walmart. 「When we arrived, we were put in a different room than what I paid for. I spent 1200 for 3 nights and the front desk person put us in a room that was more like a closet. After a few hours, I went to complain and they put us in the right room. Then the next day we get a call that our bands had to be rekeyed because the original person only did it for one night. This was the first time staying here and with all of the inconveniences, not sure if we will be back. Upon checking out someone else...

「I supposedly had queen size beds, they felt more like full size to me, also I had the cabana room which is lower level, very hard to bring your belongings down and up stairs, no ramps, maybe it was because of the rough surf, but the water at the beach was not clear, also if the property would supply a broom for each room, people could keep sand swept up, I hate walking on sand in a room, no matter how much you wash off outside, sand will get in there」
