"基本住宿是合格的，但服務有相當可以改善的空間。首先是洗衣服務，酒店簡介說是有洗衣服務的，但前枱小姐說沒有，要客人自己抬衣服去15分鐘路程外的自助洗衣店洗衣，非常不便，不明白這麼簡單的服務酒店為什麼不可以安排。另外是借用雨傘，極大部份酒店都有雨傘借給住客，查詢時前枱小姐又說沒有。其他的也不細說了。"
