All in all an ok stay. Was let down by a tired bathroom with stains in the bath and poor service at reception. I had to wait quite a while to be checked in as the staff member was missing, and was then sent on a wild goosechase around the rooms in outbuildings only to be told when I returned that the room was indeed in the main building and that he was new and did not know where the rooms are! Breakfast was excellent.

We stayed at the bear for one night and I have to say it was perfect for what we needed. I was unable to find a taxi so the very kind manager tito took us to the venue in his own car now that is exceptional service. Thank you will definitely visit again.

Big room good bathroom. Bridal suite front of building super noisy. Man who checked us in incredibly rude.lady later so much better.car parking good.seems lots of local blokes use it for revving up their engines and behaving oikishly.so much potential but very tatty.had to go over surfaces with wet wipes.greasy and dusty.remote control thick with gunge and under the bed full of bitsnbobs unvacumed...but ok for a budget price

The two twin bedroom is cramp and in a back building under the stairs. It was in need of being updated. There were no typical amenities, e.g., Kleenex, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, refrigerator, hangers, etc. You could hear people talking outside on the courtyard across the walkway until after 11 pm. The bar drinks and food were fine. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We have stayed here before, as a budget hotel, it was fine, a bit grubby in places and the hotel looked tired! Breakfast was good and consistent. The car park! Not many available places to park, that were not under trees, car was covered in pigeon poo!
