「Great stay.」

「Property was very clean and we loved our room!! Breakfast was convenient and a nice touch. Things that were weird to us - being being gone most of Saturday to a wedding in Emmett, was surprised our room didn’t get cleaned. The clerk out front says it’s done every other day. My husband brought him a pill that was found on my in made bed… it was a hydrocodone!! I looked it up in my pill finder. We both thought that it was odd that our room didn’t get cleaned., but obviously someone was in...

「This hotel was great! I really liked the location which is a short drive from downtown but with easy parking and a lot less congestion. It is connected to the green belt trail which is a nice plus. They have several onsite eateries and I close to many others. The rooms are very spacious with modern designs. Shout out to Brenda at the front desk for the warm welcome!」

「We really loved the location. We were able to park the car and walk around downtown Boise. There are a lot of restaurants and bars with in walking distance.」

「Our one HUGE complaint is when we got off the elevator the interior hallway reeked of fish. The odor crept its way into our room. It was disgusting. I would say cook the fish outside!」

「We love the sister hotel in walla walla do we decided to give the sparrow a try. The staff and customer service were absolutely amazing. The hotel wasn’t super clean, our bathroom was dirty and the hallway smelled of strong air freshener covering up pet accidents, lots of stains on the carpet. It’s a great location walkable to everything downtown and the coffee shop was amazing.」

「We used to stay here but then found a new hotel that we liked better. We ended up booking here again this past weekend because our favorite was sold out. We had two rooms and neither party was happy. Complaints were that the elevators take FOREVER- I think we waited close to 5 minutes one of the times. The beds were not comfy at all (sagged in the middle) and the linens felt like rough towels. The breakfast was hardly edible and then of course you have to pay $20 extra for parking- not to...

「We stayed at 500 on our wedding night. We did not arrive until after 10:00 pm. When we arrived in our room, there was a bootle of champagne on ice and a basket of goodies waiting for us, along with a personal note from the staff. Our in room brunch the next morning was fantastic. Even though we were only there for one night everything was perfect. Thank you to the entire team at the 500.」
