The bathroom fan didn't work and the HVAC intake register was packed with dust... other than those two items, the place was clean and a FANTASTIC place to stay, it is in a great location, parking was easy, and all the building amenities/facilities were wonderful~ would definitely stay here again. We had a gala so we didn’t get to try their restaurants but we plan to next time around. I highly recommend your next stay in Boise to be at the Avery! "

"They advertise a restaurant on site but do not say it is only for dinner. There was only coffee in the lobby for breakfast. I had twice requested early check in due to a medical condition and they refused to give it to me until I kept complaining. And their normal check in is not until 4. The front desk staff were not very helpful or sympathetic."
