「I will be honest when we entered our room the cleaning solution smell was very pungent I was not sure I could stay in the room, but we stayed. I think this is a very pet friendly property, there were many pets there. I can only assume that is why they use a strong cleaning solution. The room was clean and large, bed was comfortable. We stayed 3 nights, had a first floor room which was easily accessed and quiet. 」

「Staff was young and clueless. Room given was next to a broken ice machine that was impossible to sleep. Asked for another room and they gave me a hard time , after they offered this other room Next to the soda machine that also made noise . Bad quality of everything . Very dissatisfied. Was also told since I booked with Expedia they couldn’t help . 」

「Nice breakfast 」

「Beds were very comfortable. Pillows big and very full, bring your own if you prefer more of a soft, flat pillow. Hotel was very quiet at night. Parking was limited due to someone pulling a uhaul trailer and taking up 5 spaces but this was addressed appropriately with management. Shower was great temperature and wonderful pressure. Didnt care for the breakfast selection but not a deal breaker. There are plenty of breakfast options nearby. Would stay here again. 」

「The TV wasn’t working, the light switch wasn’t working, there was no soap around the sink area. Showerhead hits about shoulder high. Etc.」

「The room we stayed in had 2 doors, 1 inside, 1 to the outside. We used the outside door and could not get it to re-close. There was not other room and we had to manhandle the door to shut it and it didn’t lock. The next day we left 90% of the day came back just to sleep and woke up with bedbug bites all over.」

「Expedia was terrible the person who I talked to on the phone was rude was narcissist who basically made fun of me and in his own way called me stupid I tried to change my reservation because for some reason it got booked with two reservations when it was supposed to be in one reservation for the 24th through the 27th when I tried to explain that to the person they said that there's nothing they could do I told him if they I don't have a problem with paying for the extra day but I just want to...

「No pets , never saw another person who worked there after initial check in , as soon as I entered to check in , the Oder , was noticeable, not nice , the rooms , windows dirty streaks up and down , some rooms cracked glass , clear tape on the cracks on multiple different room windows, bed was lumpy , no room service , just for the bathroom, not pleasant was my stay with a good friend of mine , went there to go fishing , never again would we stay there , or recommend it . But I guess you get this...
