There was major remodeling going on during our stay that I was not made aware of until I arrived at the hotel. I have health issues so all the dust and chemical smells made me ill for over half my vacation. It would have been nice to know this remodel was taking place so I could have chosen a different hotel and been able to enjoy all of my vacation.

Undergoing renovation right now, so some construction materials around lobby, hallways still getting fully renovated, signs of recent construction like scuffs, but staff were very nice and I was in a renovated room which was decent. I stayed here in May in an unrenovated room and it’s a big improvement.

While I rated the property condition a 4, it's only because they are actively performing construction/remodeling all over the building. All in all, from the overnight staff (Suavé, very friendly and made sure I was taken care of when there was a hiccup in the booking) to the maintenance staff in the morning (were respectfully quiet while they worked in the room across the hall and even ran my water bottle down when they found I had forgotten it in the room), the staff were all very kind and eager to assist.

We have stayed here before and the place is convenient to the airport and the shuttle is great. The staff is very nice and helpful. The floor was dirty in the room and the really bad part was the scalding hot water in the shower!! It was dangerously hot!! Told the staff upon exit and they did not offer us any compensation.

Lots of renovation/construction going on inside. They did not inform us of this when reserving. When I checked in at 4 PM. There were lots of construction workers inside, the place was a mess, and I could just hear a loud drills outside my room. They were fully cleaned up by 5:30 PM. Just would have been nice to know.

This property is under a total renovation on every floor there was construction material everywhere and the pictures to prove it on all three floors. Hardly any parking and construction materials outside by storage containers with old mattresses in the parking lot. I would definitely be ok if I got some of my money back for this!
