「The room was clean. The staff was accommodating. We chose that hotel for the indoor pool and spa and kitchenette. THE POOL WAS CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS! That was a disappointment. I couldn’t cancel due to booking through hotels.com. My grandson and our family were very disappointed. In the future I will book directly through the hotel. 」
