"Good hotel for a short stay. Rooms are small for a suite. Beds too soft and though they said it’s king it was on the small side for king. But Washer and dryer in room were the reason we chose the hotel. Many big dogs are lodged here. Neighborhood is quiet"

"Wow had such a negative experience with the front desk guy. So unwelcoming and friendly. I think I was an inconvenience to him when checking in. They really need to evaluate people on the front desk as this guy surely was not it. Maybe want to try other hotels right there like Hampton Inn or Laquinta and save yourself the trouble. "

"It was a fine stay. I could hear a lot of noise from the room above me, but otherwise quiet. The breakfast was great—lots of options—and Nancy was delightfully welcoming. Other staff were friendly as well. I booked so I’d have access to the pool and hot tub but I didn’t end up using those. The exercise room was adequate. I appreciated the drinking water dispensers. "

"Loved everything about this location. Loved the ease of parking, booking, cleanliness, quiet nature of the place, welcoming entrance, pool, hot tub, fitness room, updated rooms with black out shades. Just perfect for what we needed. Definitely recommend this place!"

"We were in Boise because my brother had passed away suddenly. The room was a nice size, clean, beds comfortable, temp controls worked great ( AC and heat), showers had plenty of hot water, staff nice. Hotel felt outdated/dingy. Toilet barely flushed in room, Let front desk know. It wasn’t addressed. We were there 4 nights. Used the laundry. It was sufficient. Washing machine smelled, could use a deep cleaning rinse. I got a wash cloth and wiped out the crud/hair in the rubber boot, before using. Used the hot tub once. The water was a nice temp, but the jets were a 1 out of 10. Useless. The breakfast was OK. If your trying to eat healthy, bring your own food. We only ate the eggs and toast. Everything was high carbs and greasy, yogurt loaded with sugar. Had fresh fruit 1 day, and that was limited to a bowl with 6 oranges. NOT COMPLAINING about the food, just my observations that I WAS ASKED for in this review to give for other travelers. We went to Walmart and got healthier foods to eat. OUR CHOICE. This WAS NOT an inconvenience to us. The nights/days were cold /rainy when we stayed. Wanted to use the seating area with fireplace on the upper landing. Fireplace was turned off/broken? Woman at front desk had no knowledge how to work it or fix it. My COMPLAINT is with HOTELS. com. They advertise great rates online to draw you in. When you put in your actual dates of travel, the price skyrockets up. Deceptive marketing practices. Note: No shuttle service to Airport if you book"

"Worst stay ever. The amenities were fasley advertised. No hair dryer in the room and when I asked the front desk I was told that it was because they get stolen too often. When she found the only hair dryer on the premises she said she couldn't bring it to me. However, when we were trying to check in we had to wait 15 minutes staring at a sign that said "be right back, I'm helping other guests." Their so called breakfast was oatmeal packets and bruised apples. There was no coffee either morning. The bed was uncomfortable. And an hour before checkout time they called our room to ask if we were leaving yet."
