「This was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel. At first impression this place looks ruff, the kind of place that you lock your car and still get robbed. Paint peeling and lights flickering. At check in, they demand cash, and then refused to give me my change. Off to a bad start. When I got to my room I was I shock at the filth on the carpet, the cement walls that resemble a jail cell, but most of all from the blast of cigarette smoke that practically billowed out...

「A lovely stay in the heart of town, walking distance to most attractions. Bikes are provided for rides, Greenbelt path is blocks away. A/C excellent on day there was a heat wave and an umbrella was by the door on a day that had rain. The property was well kept. So nice to see a historic home repurposed as a guest house.」

「Very cute, unique Hotel which was just what my husband and I needed for our first downtown Boise Trip. Really enjoyed all aspects. Close to everything needed from excellent local restaurants and coffee shops to the neighborhood Davis Park. All within walking distance and felt safe and wonderful. Very walkable, didn't see any homeless people which was so unusual for us. (*What Portland/Seattle forgot they used to be, sadly) Weather was great so we couldn't have asked for anything better. 「Windows won’t open at all for fresh air which ended up being a good thing as we did not sleep well, could only hear traffic and sirens all night. WIFI password did not work and it took a while for someone to get back to me. Breakfast was okay, dried potatoes and wonderful waffle station. Pool area impeccably clean. Staff beyond nice and tried to help. Good location, bad insulation from noise.」
