「Worst hotel ever. Fan made a loud noise, non-smoking room smelled of smoke with burn holes in the comforter. Hair all over the sheets and pillows, food left in the fridge, no bathroom mirror, tub with constant flow of water and barely functioned, no toilet paper holder, garbage and blood stains in tub, crumbs on floor, no lamps worked in the main area probably because of no extra plugs, pillows were very lumpy, mattress was very used and sagged in spots, the comforter was very old and had holes...

「This is by far the nicest place to stay in Boise. From check in, the actual room itself, dinner and the delicious craft cocktails, has always been on point. Customer service is excellent. Cleanliness of the room and the hotel itself is second to none. Rooms are quiet and luxurious. I won’t stay anywhere else if I can help it. PS - try the banana foster boozy milkshake. You can thank me later….」

「Small but absolutely beautiful room downtown with classic decor that made it feel like a guest room in an estate rather than a hotel. Staff were attentive and friendly. We arrived after valet service had closed, but they took care of the car anyway. Walkable to food and shopping.」
