"Their whole system was down when we were checking in, but the lady at the front desk was so sweet about it. the beds are hard and there was a lot of yelling outside our room at midnight, but the lady at front desk made up for all of it. "

"Everything was great with the exception of plenty of parking. It is a small lot and they had a couple of guests staying with long trailers taking up the limited parking. They have runover parking across the street in the lower lot of the Best Western which is what we had to use. They should direct guests with trailers there. Ir was a tough walk for my mother who has a bad knee. All 3 handicap spots were also full. It was a sold out night but they should ask about oversized vehicles at check-in to control the parking situation better "
