"Other than the renovations (which we were notified well in advance) everything was amazing! We waited for the airport shuttle and got there early and they accommodated us and very friendly and kind! "

"This has become one of my favorite hotels! It is beautiful, comfortable, and clean! The staff was incredibly helpful--they accommodated me arriving early and held my bags up front so I could expore the city after checkout without dragging my bag around. The coffee shop is great, as is the roof top bar (wish I had time for th3 supper club!) I think they have THE BEST SHOWER I have ever experienced--it is the standard I will hold all showers to from now on. Im not sure the next time I'll be in Boise, but I know where I am staying when I return!"
