The staff are phenomenal, helpful and always willing to go that extra mile and out of their way to ensure that your stay is comfortable and memorable. 「All staff are helpful with good smile. Rooms are very clean and tidy but a little bit old. Mini stores and massage shop and restaurant are available outside the hotel. Breakfast choice good for western guest. It is recommended to add a noodle station for the Asians. A departure lounge for the checked-out guests to meet the late flight schedule.」

「We went for my 40th birthday with the whole family. The staff were so kind and was a fabulous time. My mum ended up falling over, breaking her leg and requiring surgery. The hotel staff went above and beyond in helping us get her to the hospital and upon our return getting us back home. So incredibly grateful for our time there. We will definitely be back. 」
