They had someone over within 2 hours to check it, and did end up fixing it within about 4 hours, it was frustrating after a long travel day. 2. The mattress was not very good and the bedding looked run down. 3. 「Great place to stay! The room was easy to check into with staff at the desk 24 hours, clean, comfortable, and spacious compared to other places we stayed in Scotland. Extra bonus was the washer/dryer which was a welcome surprise for us since we were traveling for a week at that point. The location is great with an easy walk to sites. Would recommend!」

「An excellent location off the Royal Mile. The room was spacious, and the in-room washer/dryer made our trip easier. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was a Sainsbury nearby for groceries. This room (#4) faces the back courtyard and church - we found it very light-filled yet without street noise. There is no elevator, but the steps were easy.」
