「Our stay at Homewood Suites exceeded all of our expectations.」

「Room was clean but smelled like mildew」

「Check in was smooth and pleasant, the staff who was a young man was very helpful and friendly. When we’re checking out, the staff Juan was very rude and demanding. I had a few questions but he was impatient and tried to cut me off. Horrible service with him, if you don’t like your job go find another profession. He was the ruined my stay experience in this hotel, otherwise everything was fine.」
