「A little disappointed with the hotel. Not sure about it's four star rating. The lobby looks spectacular but doesn't hold up to closer inspection. The leather in the armchairs is splitting and needs replacing, and the chairs in the bar are dirty at the top where people handle them. In my room there was a lot of scuffing to the furniture and the fridge needed a good clean in the trays on the door. I reported a curtain partially off it's rail three times and it wasn't fixed. 「The staff at the reception desk were very nice and accommodating. On our last day we left for the airport before breakfast opened but they had a packed meal with a sandwich, fruit, apple juice, and water ready to go for us. We really enjoyed our stay.」
