"Cláudio is an excellent host, he is super nice, knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us with the luggage, explained how to use the apartment and offered very useful information about the island’s attractions and local restaurants. "We were not psychologically prepared for such a tight parking spot as there was a large vehicle beside us. The stay was large and comfy and the kitchen was very essential part of the convenience and freedom. Perhaps it’s the cultural difference as the elevator went to nowhere in between floors. Apartment B has no blackout curtains. We didn’t find the broom until the last day of stay. Laundry and deck allowed for wash and dry of laundry. "

"The apartment was clean and the location is good. It would have been nice to have access to additional bath towels. There could be more kitchen items, like drinking glasses, there were only small juice glasses. A bread toaster would also be nice. We did appreciate the fans. For us it would have been good to know in advance that the second bedroom was upstairs. It is a lovely and clean apartment."

"Nice hotel with a beautiful backdrop in a quiet local neighborhood. The hotel is gated, so it feels safe, and there is plenty of parking. The staff was wonferful - always willing to help any way they could, however the desk is not staffed 24/7, so getting a hold of someone wasnt always possible. The room was spacious and well stocked, however not the most updated/new (coffee maker leaked water, microwave door stuck, ice cune tray was broken, sliding glass door to patio was very hard to open)....
