「The view!!! While deciding where to stay in the Azores, I do not think the reviews were clear about the view at this location. Truly, the view was amazing. We were lucky that our room had an incredible view, but the view can be enjoyed from many places throughout the resort. The staff were so helpful and friendly. 「The hotel is fine. The staff is friendly. The decor is right out of the 80’s. However our room had a horrible smell. Seemed to be coming from the closet. Very strong musty smell. Bed is very hard and uncomfortable. We only stayed here on our last night to be close to the airport. Would not stay here for a whole week.」

「To start, I’ll say that this is an objectively nice place to stay. There are great views of the sea and the rooms are big. The bed is very comfy. However, there were a number of important details missing, especially for the price. The shower in my room had a wooden floor. This clearly never dries and made the room smell horrible.
